If all else fails and you find yourself, your company or your product the subject of a court case Clive Shelton Associates can provide the necessary expert witnesses in many cases.
We are familiar with Criminal and Civil Court procedures and have provided evidence in the Magistrates Court, the Crown Court and even the High Court on a great number of occasions.
Scientific experts may know their academic subject well, but it takes an experienced expert witness to put it across in the right way. The court must understand the principles and interpretations applied to your case and trust the expert witness to be independent.
We have been nominated Single Joint Experts on a number of occasions - appointed by the court itself.
Our record in formal court actions is almost 100% in favour of our clients. We take care to liaise with your legal representatives (and we can suggest some good ones) so that your case is prepared in the most effective way possible and does not slip up at the last minute.
