Our SILVER service is designed to assist your company throughout the design, sourcing, production and supply of all of your products. By involving us in these processes, you can be sure that you are doing everything that is expected of a diligent company.

The SILVER service includes on-site range reviews which are enormously useful for company staff (buyers, Directors and technical staff) who need one-to-one advice on potential new products. We will visit your showroom to go through your products with you. A report is prepared which clearly sets out the steps you should take to ensure that your products are compliant and do not fall foul of the law.

In addition, if something does go wrong or your product is criticised by others for some reason, you can rely on the advice we have given as part of a due diligence defence if necessary.
