Your suppliers may need an expert on hand to advise during the design and manufacturing stage of your products. We liaise in this way for a number of companies who leave it to us to manage the compliance issues for particular products direct with the supplier.
We like to think that we are an extension of your in-house team. We can be relied on to deal with supplier queries promptly and efficiently on your behalf and always acting with your interests in mind.
When in doubt, we simply ask you how to deal with specific issues but mostly this is a truly indispensable service and can often prevent last minute panics just before products are delivered.
